How do I change my address or number for my order?
If you wish to change the shipping address or phone number, you can do it through “My Order” section before the products are dispatched. You will see an edit icon on the order detail page. Please note that you cannot change the address once the order is shipped.
Why is my order not showing? / I have not received order confirmation!
If your most recent order is not showing after successful payment, please be rest assured & try checking the same after 5 minutes.
How is my shipping calculated?
In case of Paid Shipping, it is calculated based on gross weight of the product including, the product weight, the weight of the packaging and labels. You can see your total shipping value on the checkout page.
Do you offer express delivery?
Yes, express delivery can be selected at checkout.
Do you ship Pan India?
Yes we deliver across India.
What if my Pin Code is not serviceable?

My money got debited, but order confirmation is pending?

When will my refund be processed?
After confirmation of damage, or order cancellation, a refund will be initiated within 36 hours.
Will you refund my full amount including delivery charges, if order is cancelled?
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before it has been packed, please track your order from account/order secion to make any changes.
Is COD Available?
Yes, COD is currently available.
I am unable to pay for my order? / There is a glitch on the website?

Can I get GST bill?
GST Invoices are sent over email on placing your order. You can click at Download Invoice Button within the same. Alternatively you can contact support@neorigins.com and we will assist you with the same in case you would like to update your GSTIN.
Where can I get my invoice?
You will receive an email invoice once you place the order.
