How do I change my address or number for my order?

If you wish to change the shipping address or phone number, you can do it through “My Order” section before the products are dispatched. You will see an edit icon on the order detail page. Please note that you cannot change the address once the order is shipped.

Why is my order not showing? / I have not received order confirmation!

If your most recent order is not showing after successful payment, please be rest assured & try checking the same after 5 minutes.

How is my shipping calculated?

In case of Paid Shipping, it is calculated based on gross weight of the product including, the product weight, the weight of the packaging and labels. You can see your total shipping value on the checkout page.

Do you offer express delivery?

Yes, express delivery can be selected at checkout.

Do you ship Pan India?

Yes we deliver across India.

What if my Pin Code is not serviceable?

How do I track my order?

Please wait for few hours. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at support
Can I return my order?/ Do I get refund for my returned order?
You may initiate a return/ replace/ refund requesting by reaching out to Support. The products can be returned/ refunded in full including the shipping charges if: You receive damaged/ expired/ wrong product as per your order. You will need to provide proof of the same. What to do if product is damaged? What do I do if I receive a broken bottle/open container?
Reach out to our customer care executive via call, email or write to us, at Support and our team will guide you through the process of raising a ticket and resolving your query. Please make sure you have documented proof of the items being damaged. Please share an image of the broken container in the packaging it was received in. When will my refund be processed?

After confirmation of damage, or order cancellation, a refund will be initiated within 36 hours.

Will you refund my full amount including delivery charges, if order is cancelled?
Only if a damaged or wrong Product has been delivered to the Customer, the Company will refund the shipping cost along with the cost of the Product. Please visit for more information. Refund policy

Can I get GST bill?

GST Invoices are sent over email on placing your order. You can click at Download Invoice Button within the same. Alternatively you can contact and we will assist you with the same in case you would like to update your GSTIN.
