How to use?
Sauce and Pickles:
Use 1 tsp as a condiment with Rice, Curries, dumplings, dips, and a range of Indian preparations.
Non veg pickle is an accompaniment to all kinds of Indian cuisines.
Tea:
Brew as normal black tea.
Turmeric and honey:
In a small pan, add water and put it on medium-low heat, wait until the water boils. After that add Lakadong Turmeric Powder, crushed ginger, ground cinnamon. Now, reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for at least 10 minutes. Once done, strain tea into a large glass; add Wildflower Honey and lemon wedges and enjoy the healthier, and tastier drink.
Gundruk:
Wash the gundruk strands and soak them in water for an hour. Squeeze out the excess water and chop fine.Add onions,tomatoes and other seasonings and then add the gundruk, mix well and cook till gundruk is soft. One can add chillies and prepare Gundruk Achar(pickle) or can add water and boil it till gundruk becomes soft and chewy. Then serve it as a hot Gundruk Soup.

The first or the spring flush is the rarest of the rare, this is the first harvest after the cold winter in Sikkim. The first flush is considered the best because of the pause it gets after the autumn harvest throughout the winter.
Temi was established in 1969 by the Chogyal of Sikkim, he converted 440 acres of land into a sprawling tea plantation. Ravangla was the initial choice for the plantation but it was later shifted to Temi for weather feasibility, he gave this exquisite stretch on gentle slopes on loamy soil. Just perfect to grow tea.
Today the Temi Estate brings to you a range of exclusive teas like the premier first flush, other flushes of orthodox, oolong, green and white tea. Certified as an Organic Tea Estate in 2008, it has won laurels from all around the world. The teas of Temi are known to be one of the finest teas in the world today. The distinctive landscape of Temi Tea Estate gives each cup a character that is wholly unmatched. Spread across the elevations ranging from 1400 to 2000 metres above sea level, each season at the Temi Tea Estate moulds every flush differently.
