A traditional recipe of Dalle Chilli and young Bamboo Shoot is a staple in every household in the north east. The aroma from the chillies complemented by the tang from the pickle serves as a perfect condiment for comforting meals at home.

Kinema (Axone) with Dalle Chilli Pickle is a traditional and popular fermented pickle from the Himalayan region, especially in Northeast India, Nepal, and Darjeeling.
